Shaped by hand. Made to your artwork.
The agreed lettering or outline guides the preparation of the backing and the fitting of LED neon flex. Cable routes, connection details and the final appearance are considered together.
The shape starts with the return.
Channel-letter returns are formed around the specified letter profile. Material thickness, letter depth and the finish are selected around the design and intended application.
Bring the components together.
Letter casings, faces and retaining details are aligned and assembled to the approved dimensions. Consistent edges and practical fixing arrangements matter as much as the overall appearance.
Plan the light from the inside.
LED module placement and internal wiring are arranged for the agreed lighting effect. Electrical components and power requirements are reviewed for the product and destination.
Precision in the supporting details.
Routed acrylic, composite panels and other suitable sheet materials can form faces, backings and graphic elements. Cutting files are prepared around the selected manufacturing method.
Graphics with a production plan.
Artwork, media, colour and finishing requirements are reviewed before printing. Printed graphics can complement light boxes, panels and other display components.
