Small LED neon signs can normally be manufactured within 1–4 days, with additional time allowed for quality control, packaging and scheduled dispatch preparation.
Lead times begin once the final technical specifications have been approved and the required deposit has been received.
International shipping and customs clearance times are calculated separately.
Any different manufacturing schedule for a complex or unusually large project will be agreed before production begins.
8. International Packaging & Shipping
We understand that products manufactured for international delivery require careful preparation and packaging.
Our packaging methods are selected according to the size, weight and characteristics of each product.
Depending on the order, we may use:
- Protective wrapping and padding
- Reinforced cartons
- Internal supports and protective separators
- Palletised packaging
- Custom transport crates
- Disassembled or sectional packaging for larger products
Large signs, aluminium composite panel systems and built-up letters may be shipped in separate sections to reduce transportation dimensions and improve handling.
Components may be labelled or numbered to assist with identification and assembly.
Where wooden packaging is used, applicable ISPM 15 requirements are followed.
Technical Documentation Included
Where required, shipments containing disassembled products include relevant technical documentation, such as:

- Fixing and connection details
- Electrical connection diagrams
These documents are supplied with the relevant packages or transport crates.
9. Delivery to the United Kingdom
Products are manufactured in Türkiye and shipped to the United Kingdom through suitable international courier or freight providers.
Shipping arrangements depend on product dimensions, weight, package quantities and destination.
Shipping costs are calculated individually and confirmed before order approval.
Estimated transit times are based on information provided by the selected transport company.
Actual delivery times may be affected by customs procedures, carrier operations and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, commercial shipments to Great Britain are arranged under DAP (Delivered at Place) — Incoterms® 2020 .
Under these terms, the UK buyer is responsible for import clearance, applicable import VAT, customs duties and associated import charges.
Alternative shipping arrangements can be discussed before order confirmation.
10. Payment Terms for Trade Orders
Our standard payment terms are:
40% deposit upon order confirmation
60% balance after manufacturing and packaging are completed, before dispatch
Manufacturing begins after approval of the final technical specifications and receipt of the deposit.
Once production is complete, we notify our trade partner that the order is ready for shipment.
Photographs or videos of the completed products may be provided upon request.
The remaining balance must be received before the goods are released for shipment.
Alternative payment arrangements may be considered for specific projects and agreed in writing.
11. Installation & On-Site Work
Lion Sign is a manufacturing and supply partner. We do not provide on-site installation, electrical wiring or commissioning services in the United Kingdom.
Our UK trade partners remain responsible for arranging local installation and commissioning.
Installation must be carried out by appropriately qualified personnel in accordance with the product specifications and applicable local safety requirements.
Where relevant, assembly drawings and electrical connection diagrams are included with the shipment to assist qualified installers.
The provision of technical documentation does not constitute an on-site installation service.
Our statutory obligations relating to product safety and conformity with agreed specifications remain unaffected.
